Apprentice Program
It is a public policy regulated by the Federal Government which aims to prepare young professionals to perform activities and gain experience to handle different situations in the workplace.
The program is developed through theoretical and practical activities. The theoretical activities take place in partnership with education institutions and the practical activities are carried out at União Engenharia (headquarter or branch office).
União Engenharia accepts young people aged between 17 and 19 who are enrolled or completed the elementary or high school in public schools.
The selection process consists of:
- Selection of resume previously registered on the website;
- Tests to evaluate the basic training;
- Group dynamics;
- Writing and testing of basic computer;
- Interviewing.
